SERVICE TEAMS

This team welcomes everyone as they arrive at church. Their goal is to spread joy right from the doorstep, creating an atmosphere of warmth through smiles, cheers, and greetings.

This team ensures clear audio and manages all auditory equipment, including microphones, mixers, and speakers. They blend and balance all sounds during service, from vocals to musical instruments.

In The New, a Tribe represents the smallest, most intimate unit of our church family. It is a close-knit group of individuals who live within the same geographical cluster or area and are committed to growing together in faith, fellowship, and purpose. A Nation, on the other hand, is a larger collective comprising several Tribes within a larger locality or region of the State. Simply put, Tribes are made up of individual people and Nations are made up of Tribes.

No organization thrives without accurate data. This team gathers and manages member data, handles check-ins, and tracks attendance for each Sunday service. These activities help the church understand and strengthen its membership base.

As the name suggests, this team manages the spiritual curriculum designed to ensure the continuous growth and development of church members. They organize and oversee all classes and courses toward this goal.

This team cares for the needs of the pastors and supports the smooth flow of services. Their responsibilities include assisting pastors, coordinating with other teams, managing activities on stage, and facilitating an excellent service experience.

The Heralds maintain order during services. They manage seating arrangements, ensure members are comfortable, assist with the flow of the service, and handle the collection of offerings and tithes.

Handles all internal and external communications, ensuring clear, engaging messaging for the church community and beyond. This includes the details on all social media pages, billboards, and any other communication outlets for the church.

Creativity is a key pillar of The New. This team drives creative expression within the church, running special segments during services that showcase art, beauty, and the unique nature of The New's creativity.

This team ensures vehicles are parked in an orderly manner. They provide directions for organized parking, assist with re-parking when needed, and preserve reserved spaces for pastors and guests.

Provides basic medical support during services and events to ensure the well-being of members and attendees.

This team captures key moments in every service through on-screen, live-streaming, and videography. They help to preserve memories and share the experience with a wider audience.

This team oversees the church building and the equipment used by other teams. They work with the onsite staff to ensure that the internal and external environments of the church are cleaned and prepared before every service. They also make sure that all church facilities (AC, stage, screens, etc.) are operational and well maintained.

This team helps new attendees transition smoothly into committed church members. They guide first- and second-timers through the journey of becoming fully integrated members of the church community. This sits under the Data Team for each installation.

The Global Prayer Network is a community of prayer partners committed to praying for The New throughout the year. Inspired by the Upper Room experience described in Acts 1 and the expansion God is bringing to The New, we aim to create a constant power-generating house to bring ease to the work of ministry.

Worship and praise are integral parts of The New's culture. This team serves as the church choir, leading worship and praise sessions to create and nurture a powerful spiritual atmosphere. They also release Spirit-inspired music for The New and the wider body of Christ.

This team is responsible for the care and nurturing of the children. They run the children's church, creating an environment that educates and engages kids, helping them learn as much as they can about Christ and His kingdom.
