New members will be introduced to the three-month discipleship journey at The New. This structured program is designed to help members clearly understand the foundations of the Christian faith and develop strong spiritual disciplines.
At the end of the program, the new members should:
Understand and confidently explain the foundations of the Christian faith.
Develop consistent habits of prayer, Bible study, and personal devotion.
Learn how to intentionally live out their faith in everyday life.

Foundation is a transformative discipleship course designed for Christians who are either new to the faith or seeking to rebuild a strong, clear understanding of the core principles that anchor their walk with God. This course provides a structured and accessible introduction to essential theological truths while equipping participants with practical life skills for living intentionally and effectively in today's world.
Learners will explore the fundamentals of Christian belief-covering key areas such as salvation, the nature of Christ, the role of the Holy Spirit, and the authority of Scripture. Each module is designed to deepen spiritual understanding while encouraging personal reflection and real-life application.

Formation is a transformative discipleship course designed for believers who desire to grow beyond foundational faith into a life of intentional spiritual maturity, clarity of purpose, and everyday impact.
This course equips participants with core Christian practices while helping them integrate God’s Word into real-life contexts: relationships, work, decision-making, leadership, and stewardship. Formation goes beyond theory and guides learners into a lived experience of faith.
the course introduces practical frameworks for self-leadership, mindset transformation, purpose discovery, and financial stewardship to ensure holistic growth.
quiver (school of ministry)
Quiver is the ministry formation school of The New. It is not a Bible college, and it is not optional for those on the ordination track.
"Quiver" is drawn from Isaiah 49:2, 'He made me into a polished arrow and concealed me in his quiver” and Psalm 127:4, ‘As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth.’
Every person in Quiver is being sharpened, refined, and prepared for precise divine deployment.
